Shipping policy

Free shipping on all US orders. Every order includes a tracking number.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time. Once shipped, delivery takes 6–12 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

Address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We're not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed orders. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days or your order hasn't arrived within the delivery time, email us at snapglowhq@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help you right away.
